We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist / Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with diverse populations and providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
Duties :
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients
- Utilize medical terminology and research to inform therapeutic interventions
- Provide patient care and support in a clinical environment
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
- Experience working with pediatric patients and individuals with special education needs is a ideal
- Utilize case management skills to coordinate care services
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Psychotherapy or related field
- Experience working with children and adolescents is an asset
- Strong background in patient care and counseling techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology and data collection methods
- Ability to manage complex cases and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
