Jobtitle : Construction Manager

Job Summary : The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from initial planning through final completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Review project plans in detail to establish schedules, milestones, and cost estimates
- Manage all onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contractual requirements
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors on a daily basis
- Review completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and approved construction methods
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Negotiate contract terms, draft agreements, and manage contractor relationships
- Obtain and ensure compliance with all required permits, licenses, and inspections
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
