Beneficiary attendant 10/14 night
Located in Lévis, the Marronniers residence offers a friendly atmosphere where it is stimulating to work. We have a dedicated and caring team for independent elderly people with a slight loss of autonomy.
We are currently looking for two people to fill two full-time night beneficiary attendant positions.
POSITION DESCRIPTION :
Schedule : 10 / 14 night shift with every other weekend
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist and / or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Formation of PDSB
- Up-to-date CPR / AED general first aid training
- Law 90 training (an asset)
