Analyst

About This Opportunity

Reporting into the Warehouse Manager and / or Lead Supervisor, the Analyst (hourly) will be multi-focused with project work and responsible for some daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support supervisors with employee observations / engineer labor standards
• Assist Supervisors with daily tasks and responsibilities
• Ensure employees are adhering to safety standards and accurately doing their job
• Product Date Audits
• Track equipment for the warehouse including, scanners, Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), IT equipment, and running audits on the equipment
• Ensure Daily Off Standards
• Cover pick and bulk dock stations, supervisory duties
• Complete Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) walks daily
• Support unionized employees to meet their daily goals and / or targets
• Coach Employees on best practices
• Use SAP on a daily basis
• Complete daily tasks and / or projects as assigned
