About This Opportunity
Reporting into the Warehouse Manager and / or Lead Supervisor, the Analyst (hourly) will be multi-focused with project work and responsible for some daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support supervisors with employee observations / engineer labor standards
- Assist Supervisors with daily tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure employees are adhering to safety standards and accurately doing their job
- Product Date Audits
- Track equipment for the warehouse including, scanners, Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), IT equipment, and running audits on the equipment
- Ensure Daily Off Standards
- Cover pick and bulk dock stations, supervisory duties
- Complete Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) walks daily
- Support unionized employees to meet their daily goals and / or targets
- Coach Employees on best practices
- Use SAP on a daily basis
- Complete daily tasks and / or projects as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma and / or post-secondary educationPrior Warehouse experience preferredDemonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracyMS Office Experience including intermediate Excel skills and SAPFlexibility to work afternoon shiftAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks)Strong communication skills, oral and written are a requirementAbility to handle responsibilities and work both independently and as a team memberStrong analytical and organization skills#CBPRW
