We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Java Developer with experience in Java back-end development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Java and Spring / Spring Boot frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and design patterns.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design and manage RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to continuous improvement.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external systems as required.
• Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain CI / CD pipelines and support DevOps practices for deployment and monitoring.
