Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual Sales targets.
- Going to the market and doing personal store visits.
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Develop good relationships with customers.
- Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Daily reporting & disciplined market visits to assigned routes & customers.
- Achieve satisfactory growth in market share account-wise and territory-wise.
- Responsible for development of in-store displays for Vadilal products and ensuring their compliance and in-store execution within the account.
- Implement sales promotion and market execution.
- Sales and inventory forecasting for new launches and seasonal requirements.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Monitor competitor products, sales activities and report.
- Promote all new products launched by Vadilal in the market.
- Doing payment collections as per given deadlines.
- Maintaining Ledger Hygiene.
- Recruiting, training and managing the team as the company expands in the Canadian.
- Timely updates to external & internal customers.
- Any other job that has been assigned from time to time.
Requirement :
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid Work Authorization
- Good understanding of Indian Languages
