Join our dynamic team as a Senior Principal AI Scientist, where you'll play a vital role in supporting the AI Platform team, working alongside machine learning engineers and data scientists.

What you'll do :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI functionalities and integrations into our software applications and platforms
• Be a key contributor to a cross-functional, agile product delivery team
• Continuously research and experiment with state-of-the-art AI techniques and tools to enhance our product offerings
• Deliver scalable, sustainable, and engaging products
• Articulate engineering design strategies related to scalability, performance, security, usability, and development platforms
• Influence decisions that impact entire product platforms or brands
• Plan technical direction with multi-year time horizons
• Mentor junior members of the team on best practices, architecture, and development

Who you are :

• 10+ years developing large-scale applications on the back-end
• 5+ years as an AI / ML developer / practitioner
• 5+ years developing systems with modern cloud computing architecture (AWS preferred)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, and experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc)
• Experience with relational and No-SQL (ElasticSearch, DynamoDB, others) databases. Vector database experience
• Experience with LLM applications, including prompt engineering, RAG, agents, fine-tuning, and integration with existing systems and applications
• Knowledge of machine learning modeling and evaluation methodologies and workflows, and deployment of ML training and inference systems
• Experience applying AI / ML to digital marketing or related industries is preferred
• Working experience in test automation and test-driven development
• Experience working with Git in a CI / CD environment
• Ability to identify product opportunities in AI / ML space that will move the needle on our key business metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, Master’s or PhD preferred

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location.

In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
