What You’ll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you will lead IT projects within our Professional Services portfolio. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, accountability, and ownership, with a focus on risk management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Provide executive‑level updates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and governance.
• Manage project financials, including margin protection and change control.
• Deliver accurate status reports and dashboards.
• Average 12–16 projects at a time, ranging from 100–300+ hours.
