This position is Monday to Friday and will include 1 or 2 evenings per week and 1 potential Saturday in the future.

Responsibilities :
- Check the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities.
- Optimizes Clinic appointment book to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets through treatment plan monitoring, patient information flow, and continuous patient contact
- Answer telephone calls with professionalism.
- Provide the clinic with administrative and practical support when requested.
- Establish and facilitate long-term patient relationships
- Gather and accurately record medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated for existing patients.
- Accurately file patient information, seeing that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
- Manage recall and passive patient systems.

Qualifications :
- 1 year of previous dental administration experience preferred, but not required.
- Customer service or patient relations experience; conflict resolution experience.
- Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements (the office is constantly striving for improved customer care / service).
- Knowledge of any dental software desired.
