Our diverse portfolio includes prototype development, contract manufacturing, and specialized machinery production. Currently we are looking for a highly experienced Manufacturing Estimator to join our team and play a vital role in our project evaluation and bidding processes.

In the role of Manufacturing Estimator , you will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs and utilizing our competitive advantages throughout the bidding process. This client-facing position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background in industrial manufacturing, machining, and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare precise and competitive estimates for custom metal fabrication projects.
• Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and RFQs to generate detailed cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to validate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.
• Evaluate project risks and offer value engineering and cost-saving recommendations.
• Update and maintain cost databases and historical cost libraries.
• Act as the primary client representative for estimating, technical discussions, and project scoping.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with industry partners across various sectors.
• Meet with clients to review concepts, clarify requirements, and provide expert guidance on technical feasibility and manufacturing options.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation clearly outlining project scope, pricing, and deliverables.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure estimates align with manufacturing capabilities, capacity, and timelines.
