Job description

Our client in the plastics manufacturing industry in Aurora, ON is looking to add a Regional Sales individual to their team to help grow the business. If you're a hunter by nature and are looking for a change, read on!

The Role :

  • Works within pricing guidelines to ensure top line sales and GM targets are met
  • Continued sales funnel development through a combination of cold calling and marketing campaigns
  • Partners with marketing to develop campaigns with supporting collateral
  • Works in partnership with the Client Care Team to respond to quote requests
  • Diligently tracks all sales funnel activities through Salesforce & utilizes its features for greater effectiveness
  • Acts as a subject matter expert on Small Business Solutions products and services
  • Develops Annual Sales Plans with goals, metrics, and work plan by week, month, and quarter
  • Attends all relevant industry tradeshows
  • Uncovers, investigates and develops RFP's for large scale projects and opportunities over a longer selling cycle
  • Identifies new market opportunities and develops sales strategies to secure new business
  • You Bring :

  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a related discipline
  • Experience with Salesforce is considered an asset
  • Ability to travel in the US and Canada in a post-pandemic world
  • Proven experience in a related role with understanding of the full sales cycle
  • Demonstrated success in growing sales with new and existing customers
