Works within pricing guidelines to ensure top line sales and GM targets are metContinued sales funnel development through a combination of cold calling and marketing campaignsPartners with marketing to develop campaigns with supporting collateralWorks in partnership with the Client Care Team to respond to quote requestsDiligently tracks all sales funnel activities through Salesforce & utilizes its features for greater effectivenessActs as a subject matter expert on Small Business Solutions products and servicesDevelops Annual Sales Plans with goals, metrics, and work plan by week, month, and quarterAttends all relevant industry tradeshowsUncovers, investigates and develops RFP's for large scale projects and opportunities over a longer selling cycleIdentifies new market opportunities and develops sales strategies to secure new businessYou Bring :
Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a related disciplineExperience with Salesforce is considered an assetAbility to travel in the US and Canada in a post-pandemic worldProven experience in a related role with understanding of the full sales cycleDemonstrated success in growing sales with new and existing customerswww.manpower.ca
