About The Role
Fit Floors is looking for a reliable and organized Part‑Time Administrative Assistant to support our busy office and showroom. This is an entry‑level position and a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on administrative experience in a professional, customer‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist at the front desk
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments and take messages
- Basic data entry and filing (digital and paper)
- Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the showroom (light cleaning, tidying displays, sweeping / mopping as needed, garbage removal)
- Provide general support to the office team as needed
