Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist-Hybrid

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our exceptional team as a full-time Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist.

This is a Hybrid position and the salary is $44,353 annually. The schedule is from Monday to Friday from 08 : 00 AM to 08 : 00 PM.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing respectful, accurate, and timely responses to incoming inquiries. If you're passionate about assisting people, talented at problem-solving, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and French, we want you to be part of our dynamic team based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Responsibilities

As a Hybrid Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist, your responsibilities will include :

• Effectively troubleshooting and resolving telephone / email inquiries utilizing various systems and tools in a timely manner
• Providing accurate responses to both existing and new members while upholding the highest standards of customer service
• Actively engaging in continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and professional development

Qualifications

To excel in this role as a Hybrid Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist, you'll need to possess :

• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple computer systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make timely decisions through investigation
• Minimum high school education
• Solid computer and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
