Job description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Service Coordinator (Dispatcher) to join our growing team. In this role, you will coordinate service requests, manage technician schedules, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and has a passion for customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Professionally handle incoming calls and emails from clients and customers.
  • Assess and prioritize service requests to address urgent matters promptly.
  • Coordinate and support service technicians, including scheduling, dispatch, and site clearances.
  • Ensure accurate scheduling and completion of preventive maintenance work.
  • Address client inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while promoting company services.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Service / Maintenance Coordinator or related role.
  • 5–10 years of overall work experience in comparable positions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks across locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain patient and calm when addressing customer or client concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to improve processes.
