Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, with a primary focus on managing Ambrose’s social media channels and producing content that reflects our brand, values, and campus experience.

You will be the voice behind our growing and transforming digital platforms—crafting stories, capturing moments, and helping create a vibrant and welcoming online community for prospective students, current students, alumni, parents, and friends of Ambrose.

Duties and Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop, schedule, and publish content across all official Ambrose social media channels.
• Monitor trends, engage with followers, respond to comments / messages, and ensure a consistent and positive brand presence.
• Create platform-specific content including posts, stories, reels, and short‑form videos.
• Track and report on performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with campus partners to ensure timely promotion of events, news, and student‑life stories.
