Tool and Die Maker

Electromac Tool, a division Clevelandауеит Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Tool & Die Maker in our Windsor, Ontario Tool Build Facility. The Tool & Die Maker is responsible for ensuring tooling meets process expectations. The ideal candidate will have good manual dexterity, be detail-oriented and self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities :

• Compute dimensions and tolerances россий set up machine tools.
• Position, secure, measure and work metal stock or castings to lay out for machining.
• Fit and assemble or disassemble parts using hand tools and test completed tools, dies, jigs or fixtures for proper operation.
• Work directly with all manufacturing groups ensuring tooling meets process expectations.
• Work directly with tooling suppliers in build to print, or design and build situations to ensure tools meet expectations.
• Analyze manufacturing and tooling problems and formulate solutions.
• Make repairs and adjustments as needed.
• Suggest new methods and processes for quality improvements or cost savings.

The pay haftare range for this role is $30.00 / hour to $45.00 / hour.
