Our public-sector client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of emergency management software and improve business processes
Candidates must be local to Calgary. 2-3 days on site per month required. 37.5 hour work week. Enhanced Security clearance will be completed upon offer
Must haves :
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with a focus on software implementation projects
- 5+ years of experience with B usiness Process Mapping (current-state and future-state) including process re-engineering
- Experience as Project Manager and / or experience in organizational change management
- Experience working with Business units and IT teams and recommending changes
