The Team

A&M's Disputes and Investigations practice comprises professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, who bring and share their deep expertise in conducting investigations, delivering expert witness reports, and providing forensic technology services. How you will contribute
You will be working closely with a team to assist clients in complex legal disputes involving financial, accounting, and economic matters. You will assist in forensic investigations, economic loss quantifications, and provide litigation support to our clients who operate across a diverse array of industries.
You will be helping our clients and their counsel understand and resolve the financial impacts around their legal matters relating to complex accounting and financial issues across a wide range of projects involving economic losses, lost profits claims, business valuations, investigations of white-collar crime, forensic accounting and consulting, and post-acquisition disputes. Working as a partner to our clients by building consultative relationships you will develop an in-depth understanding of the client, the industry and the case to surface and address key issues. You will develop and communicate your analyses, findings, and insights to your team. Relying on your initiative and flexibility to deliver results in an agile and collaborative team environment, you will build strong relationships with clients, legal counsel, and expert witnesses. Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings’ fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined periodically as well as a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive an annual discretionary contribution to their 401(k) retirement savings plan from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $104,000 - $140,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
