We are seeking experienced insurance professionals to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Director of IT, the Application Developer will act as the primary builder for our internal software initiatives. In this role, you will have the autonomy to take architectural concepts and business requirements and translate them into fresh, working code. You will be the hands‑on expert responsible for implementation, code structure, and framework choices. This is a unique opportunity for a developer to own the development lifecycle end‑to‑end, focusing primarily on delivering robust, cloud‑native solutions while standardizing and migrating our existing prototypes. You will operate in a lean, high‑autonomy environment that values agility and rapid execution, allowing your work to make a measurable impact on the business.

Performance Objectives

• Full‑Stack Application Delivery : Working with the Director of IT translate business requirements and architectural prototypes into production‑ready applications. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end development lifecycle, from database design to the user interface.
• Cloud & Automation Strategy : Design and maintain serverless solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. You will focus on replacing manual workflows with automated logic using Azure Functions and cloud‑native services.
• System Integration : Build and manage secure data connections between our internal systems and third‑party vendor platforms using modern APIs (REST) and legacy protocols (XML / SOAP) where required.
