Job Description

Use your customer service skills to deliver exceptional service, engage customers, and drive sales in furniture, technology, and supplies. Support store operations and merchandising, and uphold health and safety and privacy policies.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Drive sales in furniture, technology, and supplies areas.
• Set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders.
• Ensure operational excellence and uphold store brand standards.
• Support merchandising, signage, planograms, and stocking.
• Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
• Engage customers using tailored products and services; anticipate needs.
• Handle transactions using the POS system, including shipping and marketing tools.
• De‑escalate complex customer situations and refer to manager when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment (dusting, front-facing, demo units).
