This position reports to
Project Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
As part of the Motion Canada Operation team, you will be reporting to the Project Operations Manager and will coordinate assigned aspects of a project and support the Project Managers in management and execution of the projects, while ensuring compliance with ABB procedures. Your responsibilities :
- Coordinate with project members for planning and controlling requirements
- Complete documentation required by project managers and ensure it is in compliance with ABB procedures
- Communicate project deadlines to the project team
- Prepare materials for project reviews and set up project bookings in SAP
- Take ownership of the maintenance and adherence of the billing plan milestones
- Conduct analysis of planned vs actual project performance
- Review goods receipt reports and align receiving with on-time delivery
- Record lessons learned, CCRP, SNCRP and conduct quality checks and implementing improvement measures when necessary
- Coordinate & track training sessions and ensure that the team members are equipped with the necessary skills & knowledge
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's in business administration, Management, or a related discipline
- 3 years project execution experience minimum or relevant experience
- Working in virtual team and different time zone with good sense of urgency and ownership
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Logistics and Microsoft Office
- Customer Focused, attention to detail and flexibility to meet the needs of our customers & stakeholders
