This role requires excellent relationship management skills a high level of organization authentic communication and a passion for making a positive impact with those you speak to.

• Promote award-winning personal enrichment programs to individuals globally.
• Apply a simple effective 3-step marketing system to engage clients.
• Communicate the value of these transformative resources and programs that assist individuals in reaching their goals.
• Build relationships with team members helping them align their professional / personal growth goals with industry-leading solutions.
• Work autonomously but with support and training always available to assist your success from this global company.
• Maintain effective communication and support with team members you are coordinating with.
• Manage your marketing budget
• Facilitate an orientation with new team members
