We are seeking a tech savvy People Experience (PX) Business Partner who will support our Product Development (R&D), Product Strategy, and Product Architecture departments and leaders.
This position is focused on aligning PX objectives and business strategy, with a focus on talent, performance, and change.
The objectives of this role are to serve as a strategic partner, trusted adviser, sounding board, and change agent to assigned senior leaders.
This role will work as part of a team of PX Business Partners to provide guidance, support, and solutions to their assigned departments / functions on a breadth of activities, which require client-facing, problem solving, analytical, and execution skills.
The PXBP role is hands-on and provides support in areas such as performance management, workforce planning, talent strategy, career development, employee engagement and retention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with key PX stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Regional PX, PX Compliance, Total Rewards, etc.) to ensure positive adoption to change across the supported departments.
- Act as role model for team behavior and exhibit professional leadership skills and abilities.
- Viewed as a trusted partner within the PX organization and across the business.
- Effectively escalates complex or unique issues and proposed solutions to PX leadership.
- Produce high quality results in a timely manner consistent with department goals and strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR with 2+ years as a formal dedicated HR Business Partner, preferably supporting a technical functional group
- Experience in technology / software / cybersecurity industry required
- Deep knowledge of HR processes and SME expertise on multiple HR disciplines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities with individuals at all levels
- Ability to work independently, excellent employee relations skills, strong results-orientation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see hidden problems and look beyond the obvious for answers, using data to make decisions
- Excellent conflict management, consultative, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills; multi-tasking and prioritizing, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high-level goals;
managing multiple projects simultaneously
