Your Role in the Craft of Quality

· Operate advanced manufacturing lines with elegance and precision

· Perform meticulous quality checks — from torque to weight to visual inspection

· Ensure component accuracy, batch alignment, and aesthetic perfection

· Support line changeovers and product introductions with confidence

· Execute Clean, Inspect, Lubricate (CIL) routines with discipline and pride

· Collaborate with cross-functional partners to uphold ELC’s highest standards

· Log and track key data points — because every number tells a story

· Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and 5S — continuous improvement is part of our DNA

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table

· A high school diploma or equivalent

· 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or technical production

· An eye for detail and deep respect for precision

· The ability to stand for long periods and lift to 35 lbs. safely

· English fluency in reading, writing, and verbal communication

· Familiarity with basic computer tools (email, Excel, digital reporting systems)

Pay Range:
Anticipated Hourly Range $18.00 to $18.90 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget).
