Your Role in the Craft of Quality
- Operate advanced manufacturing lines with elegance and precision
- Perform meticulous quality checks — from torque to weight to visual inspection
- Ensure component accuracy, batch alignment, and aesthetic perfection
- Support line changeovers and product introductions with confidence
- Execute Clean, Inspect, Lubricate (CIL) routines with discipline and pride
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to uphold ELC’s highest standards
- Log and track key data points — because every number tells a story
- Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and 5S — continuous improvement is part of our DNA
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
A high school diploma or equivalent1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or technical productionAn eye for detail and deep respect for precisionThe ability to stand for long periods and lift to 35 lbs. safelyEnglish fluency in reading, writing, and verbal communicationFamiliarity with basic computer tools (email, Excel, digital reporting systems)
