Your Role in the Craft of Quality

• Operate advanced manufacturing lines with elegance and precision
• Perform meticulous quality checks — from torque to weight to visual inspection
• Ensure component accuracy, batch alignment, and aesthetic perfection
• Support line changeovers and product introductions with confidence
• Execute Clean, Inspect, Lubricate (CIL) routines with discipline and pride
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to uphold ELC’s highest standards
• Log and track key data points — because every number tells a story
• Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and 5S — continuous improvement is part of our DNA
