Reach Forklift Operator - Cold Storage

Randstad Canada is hiring for our client in Oshawa for permanent Cold Storage Forklift Operators

• Position : Warehouse Operator - with Forklift
• Shift : Day shift : 5 : 00am 3 : 30pm, Afternoon shift : 3 : 30pm - 2am, 4 X 10 Shifts. Must be able to work any of the 7 days in the week.
• Salary : $24 starting rate, with increases based on hours worked.
• Location : Thornton Rd, Oshawa, ON

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including :

• Operating Crown Reach forklifts, Dockstockers, walkies, and stackers
• Rotating tasks between shipping and receiving, including wrapping skids, operating dock plates, and floor scrubbers
• Performing QC inspections, picking, packing, shipping, RF Scanning, and sanitation
• Cleaning up and providing general warehouse support as needed

• Experience operating various types of forklifts

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
