Our public sector client requires a Reliability cleared Senior Technical Writer to collaborate and assist in documenting the releases of product deliverables, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and legacy application maintenance and release life cycle.
Responsibilities :
- In collaboration with IM / IT and Policy Subject Matter Experts review policies in order to identify changes required to the IT solutions.
- In collaboration with IM / IT and Policy Subject Matter Experts, develop and maintain IT solutions documentation related to release management, build procedures, system configuration and dependencies.
- Document IT solutions service level agreements, business impact assessments, business continuity plans, incident response plans, help desk support procedures.
- In collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, review and complete IT Security Assessment and Authorization documents, including Concept of Operations, Tailored Security Profile, Plan of Action and Milestones.
Must-have :
- Experience completing Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) documents
- Experience documenting business continuity plans

- Secret clearance
