ERP Business Analyst / QA
Our client - a fast growing Biotech and Lifestock feed company, has reached the end-of-life for it's current ERP, and are seeking a strong Business Analyst / QA Lead to help gather requirements and a Test Plan for a new ERP.
This is a Business Process "Builder" combined with a Quality Assurance Lead who can take a company through documenting what has never been documented in the past, and help usher in a technology change.
A) Business Process review of existing manufacturing and end-to-end process flow of 'as is' workflow in the company with non-technical stakeholders (nothing is written down, everything is fluid)
B) Working with business for "to-be" business process flow with the new ERP
C) Contributing with QA Test Strategies work in collaboration with senior stakeholders and an ERP Implementation partner
D) Strong implementation vendor interfacing skills (be the business-side interface with the implementation partner
E) Organize and facilitate business process workshops for both internal stakeholders and implementation partners
What you will bring :
- 5+ years of direct Business Analysis and QA experience in increasing complexity and challenging projects.
- Demonstrated experience in business transformation for Small to Mid-sized organizations.
- Skillful in succinctly conveying essential information to the right audience with professionalism and clarity for informed decision-making.
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to proactively identify problems, gather information and set and monitor a course of action.
- Diverse and creative solution orientation focusing on technical and process solutions for the financial business area.
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills, including leading up, across and down.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
