About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established multi-family developer with a robust landbank that guarantees a minimum of seven years of continuous project pipeline . With multiple new communities and mid-rise developments scheduled, they are expanding their Calgary team and seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of 4-6 storey wood-frame buildings, including projects with integrated parkades.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee full project lifecycle from pre-construction through turnover for mid-rise, wood-frame multi-family buildings.
Manage the execution of 4–6 storey wood frame builds with underground or above-ground parkades.
Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
Lead site teams, trade partners, and consultants to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time delivery.
Identify risks, manage changes, and resolve issues proactively.
Collaborate closely with Development, Estimating, and Construction leadership during planning and design phases.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client / organizational standards.
Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and progress updates.
Qualifications & Experience
5–10+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
Proven track record delivering 4–6 storey wood-frame multi-family projects , ideally with a structured parkade component.
Strong understanding of multi-family building systems, wood framing methods, and residential construction sequencing.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
Ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a collaborative site culture.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, CET, or engineering / technical schooling is an asset but not required.
