Werequire someone capable of fulfilling the duties of an AccountsReceivable Specialist while also managing office administrativetasks.
This individual will be stationed at the front deskwelcoming walkin clients validating agreements and overseeingcollections.
Responsibilities :
Administeroffice tasks including collecting payments and interacting withstaff installers andclients.
Verifyagreements and maintain accuratedocumentation.
Manageassigned calls and directinquiries.
Collectclient deposits andbalances.
Overseeaccounts by regularly reviewing reports for timely paymentcollection.
Generateprecise invoices tailored to clientneeds.
Updateaccount information in our CRMsystem.
Assistfinance team with accurate projectfinancials.
Negotiatewith clients to resolve billingdisputes.
Collaboratewith sales installers and customer service team on billinginquiries.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or a relatedfield.
Proventrack record in accounts receivable including collections andnegotiation.
Stronggrasp of accounting principles and financialprocesses.
Exceptionalattention to detail and organizationalskills.
Proficiencyin accounting software and MicrosoftExcel.
Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills.
PreferredSkills :
Familiaritywith ZohoCRM.
Previousexperience in the home improvement or constructionindustry.
