Job Summary : Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, you will provide high-level desktop, network, and point-of-sale system support.

Location : On-site in Niagara
Compensation : $60K - $75K + incentives + RRSP + health benefits + company discounts
In this role you will :
- Work with the IT team to maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, servers, and software.
- Maintain network security, data storage, and regular backups, while following disaster recovery protocols.
- Perform server administration tasks (e.g., user / group administration, security permissions, group policies).
- Monitor and address hardware issues, maintain servers, and ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
- Support internal infrastructure (laptops, desktops, routers, firewalls, phones, printers, and more).
- Provide anti-virus management and Windows updates.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, computers, and servers.
- Track and resolve issues through the IT ServiceDesk system.
What you bring :
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science, Data Communications, or Information Security.
- 3+ years of experience with Cisco IOS (Routing, VLANs & QoS), Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server (2012R2, 2016, 2019), Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, Office 365, and more.
- Experience with SonicWall Firewalls, Mitel Telephony, and Veeam Backup.
- Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork skills.
Preferred Certifications include :
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- CompTIA Network+ or A+
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
