Location : Various locations across Ontario

As a Trial Lawyer you will specialize in representing clients during court proceedings including civil and criminal trials. You will be responsible for crafting legal strategies presenting evidence and advocating for clients to achieve favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in courtroom litigation from pretrial to posttrial phases.
• Develop case strategies and gather evidence to support legal arguments.
• Conduct crossexaminations and deliver persuasive arguments.
• Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals on case preparation.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and valid Bar membership. Proven experience in trial litigation, including civil or criminal cases. Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
