Job Description :

• Work with Process Improvement Leads and Process Automation Analysts providing guidance and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee a portfolio of process improvement projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Operational Excellence strategy.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste improve efficiency and deliver measurable business results.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build organizational capability in process improvement and change management.
• Establish and champion Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks tools and templates to standardize processes across the organization.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and key process owners to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) intake and management ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
• Support change management activities addressing roadblocks and ensuring smooth implementation of new processes and technologies.
• Monitor and report on project progress KPIs and outcomes to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Continuously identify and implement improvements within the department and across the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
