We work closely with our clients to achieve their growth objectives through meticulously planned and executed mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. Position Overview : We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented M&A Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of M&A transactions, including writing company overviews, preparing Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), conducting research to identify acquisition targets and potential buyers, and preparing information packages on acquisition opportunities. This role will also involve supporting the preparation of boiler template contracts, managing introductions, handling data room management, and utilizing the company CRM, Capital IQ, and other tools to streamline processes. Key Responsibilities : Conduct research to identify acquisition targets and potential buyers.Prepare and organize information packages and CIMs.Support contract preparation and customization.Write detailed company overviews.Assist in tradeshow preparation.Develop and maintain financial models.Manage virtual data rooms.Utilize CRM and Capital IQ for client management and research.Prepare and present transaction materials to clients.Collaborate with senior team members on transaction strategies.Monitor market trends and analyze competitive landscapes.Assist in preparing and reviewing transaction documentation.Capital raising experience is an asset.

  • Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field3+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.Strong research and English communication skills, both written and spoken.Excellent English writing skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and comprehensive documents.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, proficient in Excel and financial analysis software.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
