Responsibilities

• Work as a team proactively sell insurance products and services, including life, health, disability and critical illness insurance, based on the needs of Desjardins members and clients.
• Assess client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and make improvements as needed.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with referral sources. Help target and analyze potential member / client files.
• Act on business opportunities and present information to partners so that members and clients can reach their financial goals.
• Help monitor the industry to identify business development opportunities and stay on top of new products and trends.
