Working with our Administration team, the Invoicing Administrator will perform duties related to preparing, calculating, and processing accounts payable and administering invoicing functions for the organization.
The successful candidate will assist with on-going payables and invoicing functions including :
Demonstrated abilities in administration and data entry, along with associated qualifications are definite assets. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Business, or a related field, a strong interest in administration and an intermediate to advanced knowledge level of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
