Upskillsis seeking a Murex Back Office Consultant (Operation) to be basedin Canada to work in a clientservicing role to drive one of ourclient s global system implementations withresponsibilities :

  • Responsiblefor the utilization of the Murex Methodology / Model in theconfirmation and matching of transactions settlements andpayments
  • Workdirectly with customers to scope gather review create and implementtheir business / functionalrequirements.
  • Handsonworkflow (Mxml) configuration in Murex to manage trade validationconfirmation andevents
  • Workwith the Murex system and its users to test the implementationachieve signoff (UAT) and continue to move the system towardgolive.
  • Supportclients with the development of their own internal project planincluding the identification of key setup and configuration tasksscope considerations timeline and scheduling as well as resourcerequirements.
  • Responsiblefor training users on basic use of the system new functionalityetc.
  • Assistin system integration data migration andimplementation

Requirements

  • Bacheloror Master Degree preferably from Finance Business or ComputerScience or relateddiscipline.
  • Minimum25 years of handson experience on workflow configuration / development in Murex to manage trade validation confirmation andevents.

Including MxML Exchange tradeflows confirmationgeneration paymentflows

  • Strongknowledge and functional experience on various asset classes. E.g.FX MM IRDEQD
  • Experiencewriting functional and business specifications with the ability tomap conceptual financial and business elements to practical systemcapabilities.
  • Astrong proven track record of client servicing. Understand customerneeds and build effectiverelationships.
  • Strongtime management skills and demonstrable problem solving / analyticalskills.
