POSITION : Territory Manager, Commercial HVAC
LOCATION : Toronto, ON

Our client is a leading national provider of energy solutions and they are on the hunt for a Territory Manager to sell products & services into property management / landlords of commercial buildings in the GTA.
The ideal candidate will have existing commercial sales experience, HVAC knowledge, is a hunter by nature with a go getter attitude, and lives in the GTA!
REQUIREMENTS :
- Hunting sales experience in industries such as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Alarm / Protection, Security & Telecommunications
- Experience selling to property management / landlords an asset
- Business Development focus coupled with a strong Account Maintenance background
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Experience selling high volume ticket items is ideal
- Ability to take initiative a real go getter who can prospect and hunt
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be energetic and have a positive attitude
COMPENSATION :
- Base salary plus uncapped commission 120-140K on target earnings in year
- Car allowance
- 3 weeks vacation
