Job Description
Our client in the Education sector is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a 1 year contract. This role will be full-time, offering hybrid work 2 days a week onsite Downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and determine the logistical and resource needs for provincial assessment projects, including the creation of project plans, budgets, and operating costs.
- Coordinate and manage administrative processes and logistics for assigned projects, working alongside project managers and internal and external stakeholders to develop project plans.
- Plan and coordinate tasks for both internal and external projects, such as field test scoring, full-scale assessment scoring, assessment committees, and scorer selection and training.
- Oversee the scoring activities process, including managing the online administration site, supporting application processes, selecting and training participants, tracking attendance, and handling the approval process.
- Develop and maintain a database application to manage resource information for assessment projects, including statistical reports and flowcharts.
Requirements :
- 1+ years of experience working as a Project Coordinator.
- Experience in the Government, Non-Profit, Education, or Health Care industries is considered a strong asset.
- Proficient on MS Office.
- Proven experience coordinating logistical requirements for projects and preparing and tracking project plans.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
