Summary :

The Golf Shop Attendant provides excellent customer service by acting as the friendly first point of contact for golfers while supporting the overall golf operations experience.

Responsibilities :

• Key duties include operating the POS system, managing reservations, balancing cash, merchandising, opening / closing procedures and communicate with management.
• Greet customers entering the establishment.
• The ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally
• Answer customers' questions and offer direction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Food & Beverage Preparation : Prepare simple items like sandwiches, hotdogs, sausages, snacks and drink
• Stock & Inventory : Restock refrigerators, condiment stations, and shelves; monitor stock levels.
• Safe Food Handling : Knowledge of health and sanitation procedures.
• Data entry and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and orderly golf shop / snack bar area inside and outside.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
