YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The Part-Time Visual Merchandiser is responsible for the visual merchandising to align with marketing strategies aimed at driving business specifically within Harry Rosen locations.

Utilizing clear communication and strong attention to detail, this individual has a sensitivity to luxury to partner with retail teams, wholesale vendors and across internal departments, and will be based in Vancouver.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

• Manage visual calendar to prepare for installations or floor changes within our Harry Rosen location.
• Execute and supervise interior changeovers and installations for store or store(s) listed above, including by not limited to construction of any interior / window sets, on-site prop handling and prop placement.
• Supervise and manage daily interior set maintenance for store(s), this includes repositioning mannequins, re-propping, and sourcing alternative product for interior presentations.
• Conduct walkthroughs of locations, identifying opportunities to improve overall visual and creative appearance of the site.
• Prepare visual merchandising training for both General Managers and Customer Advisors.
• Follow marketing requirement to implement any planned projects.
• Provide active support to store events and sales campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising and / or visual presentation / display / fine art / fashion styling experience.
• Flexibility to work outside standard working hours (i.e. evenings after 9pm and weekends).
• Frequent travel required.
• Proficient in Power Point, Word, Excel, and Photoshop.

• Available to work overnight shifts based on the business need / directive.
• Hardworking and ability to work independently.
• The hiring range for this position ranges from $30-$35 / hr. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
