Salary Range : $22-$24 per hour

Vacancy Type : Co-op Position

Schedule : Full-time, Day shift

Travel : Minimal

As our next Automation Engineering Co-op , you’ll be at the forefront of supporting Continuous Improvement projects involving PLCs and robotics . Your technical skills and hands-on approach will help us standardize processes, troubleshoot equipment, and drive efficiency across our operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate and assist with Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Create and update work instructions and cell setup documentation.
• Perform data collection, measurement studies, troubleshooting, and equipment process improvements.
• Collaborate with production operators and technicians to document and standardize processes.
• Assist in creating mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Ensure compliance with Johnson Electric Production Systems and ISO standards.
• Perform other related duties as required.
