Position : Arabic-Speaking Personal Care Aide (Contractor)

Location : Lethbridge, Alberta

Compensation : $17.50 / hour

Affinity Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Arabic-speaking Personal Care Aides to join our growing team. Our mission is to provide meaningful, personalized care and companionship to individuals, ensuring they feel supported and valued in their daily lives.

Responsibilities :

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with clients and their families.
Maintain detailed records of client care and report any concerns to the team.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working with individuals who have dementia.

Requirements :

Proficient in Arabic and English.

Experience in personal care, caregiving, or a related field is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and with compassion.

Reliable transportation to client locations in Lethbridge.
