Our client is hiring an Operations Officer II to support their Operations team in Mississauga. We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (English / Quebecois French) individual to join a diverse and supportive team focused on back-office operations related to mortgage discharges. Responsibilities
Maintenance team- Tasks that will support the maintenance of a mortgage discharge.
Qualifications
Bilingual : Fluency in English and Quebecois French is a must.
Experience : Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience; experience in banking, financial institutions, or bookkeeping is a plus.
Skills : Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot IT system issues and navigate them effectively.
Education : Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred.
