Zaber is looking for a self-motivated problem solver, with an interest in automation, to help customers choose the best solutions that meet their applications requirements. You’ll assist across all touch-points, including developing leads, quoting, aiding implementation, and supporting post-sale. By developing relationships with new and existing customers, you’ll explore a wide breadth of topics including mechanical design, troubleshooting, electromechanical systems, and programming, while also developing industry-specific knowledge.

As a core part of Zaber’s operation, you’ll have an opportunity to coordinate across teams. You will help create technical content, assist with traveling to trade-shows and conventions, and help develop customized designs. Within the company you will leverage your experience to act as a customer advocate, participating in design reviews, suggesting new products, and helping to develop and test new features and software.

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose the best solutions that meet their applications requirements
• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Assist users with problem-solving over email and phone, including programming help
• Work internally to help advocate for customers' interests
• Write technical content that helps to educate and market
• Attend trade shows in North America and Europe several times per year, involving about a week of travel in each instance
