We are currently seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Trade Show Coordinator and Marketing Information Communication Associate to join our Business Development team. This role blends marketing graphics, trade show coordination, and internal sales support – ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This role reports to the Director of Marketing. Liburdi Turbine Services offers competitive wages. The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm. This is primarily an in-office role in Dundas, ON however, occasional travel will be required to support or attend events and trade shows.

Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to) :

Show & Event Coordination

• Plan and coordinate conference and event participation, including engineer registration, logistics, and booth setup
• Handle event catering, travel arrangements, and hotel accommodations, as needed
• Support on-site execution and representation at industry conferences and customer events

Sales Coordination & Customer Support

Marketing & Graphics

Administrative & Team Support
