The Incentives Analyst coordinates the daily operations, administration and analysis of the sales incentives programs implemented by the Company.
How will you make an impact
- Be the central point of communication for zones regarding dealer and customer related incentives issues.
- Lead in the creation and publishing of incentives related communications, launch files and distribute to relevant parties (ex. internal departments, dealers, zone staff, external partners, etc.).
- Assist with preparing daily and monthly reports and presentation files based on information obtained from a variety of sources (ex. Business analytics, economic indicators, competitive market intelligence, financial lending metrics, etc.) for use during monthly incentive planning.
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales incentive programs with the objective of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with Retail Advertising team to prepare monthly retail advertising offers and special offers.
- Assist with the daily operations of the Hyundai Finance Portal with DealerTrack (file uploads, reporting, exceptions, troubleshooting etc.) and maintain master files (file layouts, processes etc.).
- Provide support as required on monthly audit, reconciliation and payment of subvention invoices from financial partners.
- Help with the reconciliation and payment of incentive related items to dealers.
- Administer and monitor loyalty, retention, auto show and other various secondary incentive programs.
- Assist with internal vehicle special pricing, including preparing tracking documents.
- Provide support on monthly and annual retail incentives budgets, forecasts and actuals.
- Conduct user acceptance testing on all incentives related materials on the corporate website and other key IT initiatives (ex. SAP, dealer portal, business analytics, DealerTrack).
What you will bring to the role
Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or Economics or an equivalent combination of experience and education.2+ years of relevant experience in a sales operations and / or analysis function in the automotive industry.Bilingual (French / English) is an asset but not required.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Accurate and detail oriented.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with advanced understanding of Excel.Excellent organization and planning skills without the need for daily direction (many tasks are repeated each month or require forward thinking / planning to complete).Excellent understanding with strong working knowledge of financial calculations.Dealership experience desired but not required.Team player with strong work ethic as collaboration. with other internal departments and outside partners is required on a daily basis.We offer
