Job Description
As a Project Manager at Fleetway, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of shipbuilding, repair, and refit projects. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of assigned projects—ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This includes estimating, overseeing day‑to‑day activities, and maintaining project documentation.
You’ll work closely with Fleetway’s Program Managers and Delivery teams to drive execution and ensure alignment between engineering intent and project outcomes. Projects may involve technical complexity in the marine domain, and you’ll be supported by technical leads and oversight to help navigate engineering requirements.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and is comfortable managing technical projects from start to finish.
