Senior Account Administrator
This role is part of a hybrid schedule requiring remote and in‑office work.

Typical day might include
- Delivering excellent administrative support and customer service, while adhering to company guidelines and workflows
- Answering telephones and directing calls, both in and outside of the office, as may be required
- Greeting, assisting, and / or signing in visitors
- Distributing incoming mail, courier packages, abeyances, and other materials
- Maintaining office filing and storage cabinet cleanliness and organization
- Maintaining office supply inventory and ordering
- Assisting in corporate event planning
- Assisting brokers in the preparation of new and renewal documentation, including but not limited to :
- Certificates
- Invoicing
- Spreadsheets, proposals, and quote documents
- Binders, Cover Notes, and other policy documentation
- General physical and electronic file maintenance
- Attending meetings and recording minutes, as required
- Facilitating bank deposits, as required
- Performing additional duties, as required

Minimum 6 months of insurance experience, consistently meeting internal core competenciesActive pursuit of CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other insurance designations considered an assetPost‑secondary degree considered an assetExperience using Epic broker‑management system considered an assetWhat’s in it for you
